Description
Permanent casings are the type of segmental casing liners which are used to stabilize the borehole in the construction of drilled shaft. As its name implies, permanent casings need to retain in the hole and to be a permanent part of the pile.
Permanent steel casing can be installed by using an impact hammer, rotary drilling rig or using the oscillator/ rotator method. As permanent steel casing has no male/female casing joint on the end of the steel tube, it’s often joined by welding.
Kimdrill manufacture the permanent casing with high quality steel Q355B and it’s available in required wall thickness and length to meet client’s requirements. For the permanent casing which’s applied to rotary drilling rig, we can process the permanent casings with slot on the end of the tube to connect with casing twister.
